About Us

Common Place Consulting began in January 2019 with a heart to provide coaching to both individuals and businesses. It was birthed from a time when we were getting many calls from people who just needed that extra guidance in their life to make the necessary changes to be successful. We began to see that as we guided and helped those that sought us out, things begin to shift for the better. Word of mouth got out and next thing we knew a full on coaching practice was established. We are excited to see where it leads and we welcome you to join us this journey together.

Carmella McGraw
Co-Director

Carmella is a licensed and ordained minister. She has served in a multi-faceted capacity over the past 17 years. Carmella has a two year degree in biblical studies and is currently pursuing her BS in biblical and theological studies/ Christian Counseling through Liberty University. She joined Crown and Glory Ministries as its co-founder in 2017 and served until its closing in 2023. In 2019 she began serving as Co-Director of Common Place Consulting, and as a life Coach.  She considers it a blessing and honor to be able to help all that the Lord brings her ways.

Melinda Geisenburg
Executive Director

Melinda is a licensed and ordained minister. She has served in many areas of ministry through the local church and outreach for the past 25 years. In 2015 She Founded Crown And Glory Ministries, where she served as president and overseer until its closing in 2023. In 2019 she opened Common Place Consulting and begin Life Coaching. We are honored to help all that God sends our way and we give him all the glory and honor.
